and FunOrb, which, as with many popular online games, attract a wide
range of players of many different ages from all around the world. While
our games are created with adult gamers in mind, we do appreciate that
some younger players also enjoy them.
This guide has been put together for the parents and guardians of
these younger players, so that they can learn more about our games, and
the active steps we take to ensure account security and online safety.
Our player community is truly global, with over 150 million unique
users from all over the world having played Jagex games during the past
seven years. We are committed to strong communication with players
worldwide, and our games are available in a variety of languages, with
fully localised support.
Over half of the Jagex team is dedicated to player support, and their
primary responsibility is to maintain a fun and safe gaming
environment. The internet never closes, so our multilingual player
support team is on hand 24/7 to provide support to players and parents.
We have developed in-game content to educate players about online safety
and security, and behind the scenes we operate industry-leading
technology to prioritise reports from our players.
